Personality: #18 is known to be much more strict and serious in most situations than her twin brother #17, and is always questioning his intentions when he suggests a less-effective means to do something, to which he claims it's more fun. #18 is also a fashion-freak, demonstrated several times during both the Dragonball Series, and reestablished during Part 11. She does possess an odd interest in seeing weaker people fighting amongst themselves, and has shown moderate interests in wresting and kickboxing. Her martial status is unknown, as her attitude seems to be more carefree than on the show, and suggests she is likely still single, and never married Kuririn, adding to more confusion to his own fate, since he is rarely mentioned, and only by the original Misfits. #18 also tends to like finishing her fights cleanly, as when she defeated Oyatsu and planned to quickly finish him off, only to have him escape via the Kai Kai technique. She also tends to have a friendlier personality around her fellow female allies Nina and Paula, and more than likely Teresa as well, and feels the same as Nina does about 'male pride' getting the best of the men in the group. However due to her blurred past, what #18's personality was before being converted into a Cyborg might never be relearned, although some believe she might not have been too much different from how she is now. 

Biography:

The Beginning of an Era:

We are first introduced to #18 during the Android Saga of Dragonball Z, when she and her twin brother #17 are awakened by their 'creator' Dr. Gero in order to kill the Z Fighters. However she and her brother have little tolerance for Gero, and kill him mercilessly, and then awaken another android, known as #16, despite an attack against them by Mirai Trunks. They feel their mission is to find and kill Goku, however along the way, Vegeta confronts them, angered at them for 'running away from him'. #18 decides to fight him, and although the battle seems even at first, #18 has been merely toying with the Saiya-jin prince, and gives him a pride-rending beatdown, breaking his arm in the process, and then defeating Trunks in addition when he came to his alternate father's aid.

#18 and #17 however are also being hunted by Cell, a malevolent bio-chimera created by Dr. Gero, who intends to absorb their bio-extract to evolve him to his 'perfect state'. After a few fights, #18 is absorbed into Cell, who finally evolves to his perfect state, having absorbed #17 beforehand. However 10 days later, she is regurgitated when Super Saiya-jin 2 Gohan wallops Cell with an incredible blow that causes him to spit her up. Cell is then destroyed by Gohan later in the battle, and #18 and #17 are given a chance to live a new life.

It is unknown what #18 did for the next 7 years after Cell, since it is not clear if she ever married like in the usual Dragonball series. Due to her more younger personality in Misfits, it seems she never married Kuririn, but it is known she fought against Mr. Hercule Satan in the 25th Tenkaichi Budokai, since she blackmails him for 20 million zeni, much like in normal continuity. Her fate during the Buu saga is mostly unknown afterwards, but she and #17 were more than likely killed when Kid Buu destroyed the planet, but was also revived by the Namekian Dragonballs afterwards. Both are seen giving energy to Goku's Genki Dama which was used to finish Kid Buu off.

It is also unknown of what she has been doing during the ten years between Kid Buu's death and her in-the-nick-of-time appearance in Part 10 to stop Oyatsu. She has not been with the group for very long, and has not had much time to explain her past and any potential differences in it from the normal Dragonball continuity made by Akira Toriyama.

The Misfits:

Prolouge and Saga 1:

#18 is never seen in the Prolouge, or Parts 1 and 2, however she is mentioned by Alex to #17 in Part 2 when he and #17 share a room in the hotel. From the words exchanged, we do not know what has happened with her recently in their timeline until her later appearance in Saga 2.

Saga 2:

#18 is only seen for a short amount of time in Saga 2, very close to the end in Part 10, coming in and saving Nina and Teresa from Oyatsu, who had been possessing Dan and using him to subdue and capture the other Misfits. However upon her arrival, she apparently joins the team and more of her future as a Misfit will be elaborated in Sagas 3 and beyond.

Saga 3:

#18 decides to start off in Saga 3 by looking for shopping outlets in Canton. Nina and Paula go along with her to buy things of their own. Along the way, they encounter Rowan, Harry and Morgan at the Canton Centre Mall briefly, before going to Belden Village Mall to the north. #18 is asked by Nina about where she will live, which makes #18 find a house in Waterworks Park, close to where Clint's first house lies, along with a large amount of Crips territory. However she is oddly absent when Clint and Paula fight Rowan and his group in the very same Park later that day, and she is not aware of the events that occured, probably she was with Goku's group during his Kaioken teaching session.

Closing:

#18 is a calculating, somewhat cold individual to her enemies and some of her more annoying friends, but she tends to have a good attitude around the other women in her group, and also wishes for her brother's well-being, fearing that one day his fun-loving nature will get him in over his head...
