Personality [In Depth]:
     Although time has passed since she first began to really make friends in her allies Usagi, Rei, Makoto and Minako, there are times Ami still feels she is undeservingly too high above others in terms of intelligence and that other people deserve some of her unused IQ reserves to help them out. She has always felt her high IQ has scared people from asking about being friends with her since they're usually afraid she's too aloof and proud of her intelligence to "lower herself to less intelligent people". Although she's not as raggled about it in the present day compared to before meeting Usagi and becoming a Sailor Senshi, there are times she feels she still hasn't tried to make many friends, and hopes with Duke's team, and with help from Minako and Lo Wang that she can do just that and come out of her shell more.
     Luckily, the use of her intelligence has allowed her to survive many terrible battles and her special magi-tech arsenal of items, like the Mercury VR Visor and the Mercury Mini Computer, have served her and her friends well in the defeat of many enemies in past battles, and Ami still very willingly uses them to assist her new friends in their battles against the Triocladiar. She's not very attuned to having to slay or flat out kill her enemies by her own hand, but she has slowly grown more accustomed to dealing with it in the name of protecting Earth and those she cares about, and she can be expected to come through with a finishing blow to the enemy if necessary once the time comes.
     She also has a type of trouble dealing with romantic approaches, as Lo Wang has seen for himself quite vividly. Even though Ami and Lo Wang are more of friends than any form of romantic relationship, she still finds herself very put off around him when he's lecherous towards other women around them, even though he never bothers her in the same way, almost like she is a little sister to the Shadow Warrior. Luckily she still considers Lo Wang a reliable ally, and will always put in a good word for his fighting abilities. She's not as bothered by romance as she once was in the distant past, but she still has yet to find "Mr. Right", and wonders with her self-esteem issues if she'll ever be able to find him.
     Also, Ami has a secret fear that she will be considered to others as nothing more than a smart genius with a few defensive ties to the team, and fears enemies will target her as a "weakest link" of sorts. This is something her older friends are very aware of and try to prevent from happening on many occasions, but it usually ends up Ami will have to analyze and fix the inner problems of her own friends in the end, forgetting about her own concerns temporarily. In the end however, she will shove back at her foes when push does come to shove, and has learned many new offense-central abilities and has even mastered a type of water-elemental sword to help her in close-quarters combat situations. Ami has grown up in this way considerably, but due to her shy and humble nature, she has not yet been able to fully grasp this fact about herself.

Appearance: Ami stands at almost the average height of a woman her age, at five feet and five inches tall, the same height as Jack and Minako. Her hair is a sea-blue, and is quite short, not even reaching her shoulders in the back, while she lets a few bangs hang out freely in front. She will occasionally wear a pair of glasses, although she doesn't need them for anything and has perfect vision, and just likes the look of them. Also, she will occasionally be seen in any of her forms with her Mercury VR Visor over her eyes, a single visor like image created by magic focus, allowing her to scan her friends and enemies for their statistics. She is slim and petite for her size, and tends to come off as looking easy to overcome in a physical struggle, but she is surprising strong for her size compared to most girls her age, able to lift close to 200 pounds. This gives her a "shy bookworm/geek/nerd" image to some, but most boys and young men generally find her cute in general.
                      When in "Civilian Mode" Ami tends to be seen a lot in an outfit that consists of a orange wrapped skirt, with a white button-up shirt with long sleeves over top of it. She also wears a dark-blue vest over the button-up. She wears a pair of tan boots, usually devoid of any visible socks.
                      When in her "Sailor Mercury" form, Ami usually wears a light blue-themed Sailor's fuku, with a skirt attachment. She also wears mostly-white elbow length gloves with blue "cuffs" at the elbows. Her fuku also has a large blue bow with a sapphire jewel in the centre on the front, a jewel consistent with her "water and ice" theme. The back of her fuku also has a similar blue bow at the rear end of it. She also wears a tiara on her forehead with a smaller sapphire gem inside of it. She also wears blue 'stockings' from just below her knees and down, with 2-inch 'heels' on the ends to give her a little extra standing height.

     (Passive) Water Adaptivity - Ami become vastly more powerful when standing in or immersed in water/liquids and does more damage to enemies, takes less damage from enemies and has a faster and higher rate of HP regeneration when in water. Ami also takes greatly less damage from Ice/Freezing attacks.
     (Mystical Skill) Mercury Aqua Protection - Ami generates a hyper-defensive water shield around herself that cuts all damage by 80% but will also cut down her own damage to enemies by 80%. Crouching down while the ability is in effect further increases the strength of the shield, but also makes Ami deal even less damage to enemies. [Cose: 20% EP]
