First
Used By: Furyon[Frieza's part of the fusion] [Series 1, Part 36]
Everyone that can use it: Frieza
Type: Magic/Ki/Melee Attack
Element[s]: Ice, Blunt
Form[s] of Power Used: Ki, MagicWhile training for
his revenge on the Z-Fighters, and in retrospect the Misfits as well prior to
Series 1, Frieza learns new abilities upon opening up his own approach to
training methods and disevowing his father's methods, and learns to meld Magic
and Ki into a powerful Ice-based melee attack that is as strong physically as
Goku's Ryuken, but also with an Icy element. This move worked well in its
debut, being used by Furyon against Naila as a deception tactic, and damaging
them enough to almost leave them weak to a kill at one point, if it had not been
for Piccolo's intervention afterwards.
|
|
First
Used By: Alex [Series 1, Part 3]
Type: Ki Formed Beam
Element[s]: Typeless
Form[s] of Power Used: Ki
Used by putting one's hand to a 90 degree angle of the wrist, the Big Bang is a
slow moving, highly destructive attack. It can cause major damage and does not
take very long to charge. |
|
First
Used By: Virgil
Everyone that can use it: Anyone with a LOT of weight
Element[s]: Blunt, Crushing
Type: MeleeLarger and more weighed fighters can use
their weight or fat to their advantage, especially if combined with
Bukujutsu[below], to allow them to crush down on their enemy with great force. A
stronger person can crush a much weaker person with this in one fell swoop,
unfortunately this move is quite predictable by smarter adversaries, who love to
take advantage of a miss with this to retailate themselves. Virgil is a main
user of this move, and has the record of KOing Dan with it when he had gone
insane in Part 9, however part of that had also been luck. Mr. Buu has also used
it against Frieza in Part 32, but the effects only stunned and irritated Frieza,
who broke free from it quickly. |
|
First
Used By: Piccolo [Series 1, Part 1]
Everyone that can use it: Most major characters
Type: Maneuvering
Form[s] of Power Used: Ki
With the concentration of ki energy, it allows the Z warriors and
other Misfits[minus #17 and #18, who can fly naturally(Hikou)] to defy
gravity and soar through the heavens. Almost every major character has this talent.
|
|
First Used By: Vernon [Series 1, Part 22]
Everyone that can use it: Vernon
Type: Ki Formed Projectile
Element[s]: Typeless
Form[s] of Power Used: Ki
Even though the move is very flashy, it's relatively weak. The Burning
Attack is primarily used as a distraction (say from...Trunks' sword). It's slow,
weak, and easy to see. Perfect for shifting attention from a real threat.
Vernon also learns how to use this attack first out of the
Misfits, using it against Jason at Fewcett Stadium during their training battle
in Part 22.
|
|
First Used By:
Cellexnus[influenced by Dan's part of the fusion] [Series 1, Part 34]
Everyone that can use it: Cellexnus, Dan
Type: Surrounding Sugemo Attack
Element[s]: Typeless
Form[s] of Power Used: Sugemo
Another unique Sugemo techinque that is usable by Cellexnus by tapping into
Dan's latent powers. This power forms a field of typeless energy, varying in
strength, that completely surrounds the enemy and encloses on them. It ignores
most attempts to block damage as well, and is almost impossible to dodge, unless
you can use teleportation moves like Shunkan Idou, or have an extremely high
amount of luck. The move is useful for make hits even on the fastest of targets,
thus it's abilities can never be left out of an idea.
|
|
First Used By: Jason [Series 1, Part 12]
Everyone that can use it: Jason
Element[s]: Blunt
Type: Melee
Jason's own unique melee power, and said to be a partial variation on the Body
Press, the Changet Chump is done when Jason launches himself at his enemy's
upper body and head, butt first. As you can imagine, this slams the target with
massive force due to Jason's large size. However, like the Body Press, this is
somewhat easy to counter or anticipate, so Jason normally uses it when he has
the advantage of surprise.
|
|
First Used
By: Frieza [Series 1, Part 31]
Everyone that can use it: Frieza, Cell
Type: Ki Formed Beam
Element[s]: Typeless, Blade
Form[s] of Power Used: Ki
One of Frieza's more shocking techniques, allowing him to cut large gashes in
the surface of whole planets at once. He begins the move by pointing two fingers
to the sky and slicing them at the air. The beam is invisible, and hard for most
to dodge without sensing energy. |
 |
First Used By: Cell [Series 1, Part 30]
Everyone that can use it: Cell, Frieza
Element[s]: Typeless
Type: Ki Formed Projectile
Form[s] of Power Used: Ki
A staple of Frieza, he uses this attack repeatedly. It's a spectacular
attack, growing from a singular point into a ball the size of a small moon. Unfortunately,
it also moves with the speed of a small moon. It easily has enough energy to obliterate
a planet. Cell uses this as a welcoming attack on the Misfits when they first
attack him. Frieza also uses it 2 or 3 times, bombing the Department store with
the other not-fighting Misfits in it, and then uses it again to try to attack
them again upon learning he hadn't killed them, but Gohan severs his hand with a
Kienzan before he can. The third time is when he tries to hit PAJ Nina with it,
but she grabs it and shoves it back at him, damaging him severely. |
 |
First Used By:
Paula [Series 1, Part 34]
Everyone that can use it: Paula
Type: Declines "Physical Defense" Stat
Form[s] of Power Used: PKOne of Paula's much more
difficult to notice abilities with her PK, Defense Down allows her to temporarily alterate
the durability of a targetted enemy, making block less physical damage. This is done by
lessening the Physical Defense stat of the person, and
not their powerlevel itself, thus enemies cannot easily figure out the change in
their defense until they start getting belted on by someone. This can be used
on a target up to 8 or so times per period of time to "layer" the effect. It is
believed Paula can make someone's Defense down to around 42.5% of what it
normally is, but she will not able to make it any lower, unless she trains it
more. The effects wear off after about an hour of time, however, and the
target's Defense will rise back to normal levels. Combined with "Offense
Up"[below], this can turn the tides in a fight significantly. |
 |
First Used By: Frieza [Series 1, Part 33]
Everyone that can use it: Frieza
Element[s]: Fire, Dark, Edged
Type: Energy Absorbing Restrainment Field (does bonus damage to fusions
proportional to the number of people part of the fusion)
Form[s] of Power Used: Magic
Another powerful move Frieza holds, supposably given to by the demon Lord he
now serves. This moves summons a blood red cage of energy around Frieza's
target, holding them in one remote area. Any PK, Ki, Magic or Sugemo attacks
fired that hit the cage itself are absorbed and the energy is transferred to
Frieza's own reserves, allowing him a cheap recharge. In addition, Frieza can
command the bars to make cutting slash waves at his foe, leaving cuts and
slashes on their body. This also appears to do bonus damage to fusions as well,
as Gogeron takes heavy damage from a hit of this later. This move however is not
a completely replacement of his Hokakudan[the restrainment field he used on Goku
on Namek], because the user can still find a way to escape, plus Frieza cannot
manipulate the position of the cage itself, or make it self-destruct. |
 |
First Used By: Paula [Series 1, Part 21]
Everyone that can use it: Paula
Element[s]: Holy
Type: Holy/Ki Energy Attack
Form[s] of Power Used: Ki
A special new move Paula learned in her battle with Alexmus on Harnga Island,
she in fact uses this to finish him off. She gathers a serious amount of energy in her
hands, and then puts her fists together, and fires off a large Holy-elemental
blast of energy that tears into the enemy with great force. This move was also
used twice further in the battle against Frieza, Cell and Alexmus, but it was
not able to lay a killing blow this time around. |
|
First Used By: Vegeta [Series 1, Part 3]
Everyone that can use it: Vegeta
Type: Ki Formed Beam
Element[s]: Typeless
Form[s] of Power Used: Ki
An ability still as of now unique to Vegeta, it is quite similar to the
Kamehameha (although taking much longer to charge and causing more damage over a
larger area). It is somewhat slow-moving, but one of the most powerful attacks
in the DB series. In Misfits, he is currently still the only one who can use the
attack, now able to use a foot variant of it against his enemies if needed for
extra support.

First Used By:
Alex, Clint, Jason, Vernon, Devin, Dusty, Dan, Goku, Vegeta, Piccolo [Series 1, Part
34]
Everyone that can use it: Goku, Vegeta, Alex, Vernon, Clint, Jason, Dusty,
Dan, Piccolo, Devin
Type: Other
When two warriors find that they are overwhelmed by a greater power, they
have little choice but to fuse into one. This is done by performing the fusion
dance, which when done correctly, will create a being that is much more powerful
than the two subjects. The dance is fairly simple: both subjects side-step towards
each other with identical movements while saying the word "Fusion."
When they get next to each other they touch index fingers. The fused warrior takes
on the characteristics of both involved, but usually looks more like one than
the other.Only twice so far in Misfits has this been
ever used a great deal. The first time was in Part 22 when Goku decided to teach
everyone else the ability for future battles, allowing Clint ot think of 6-way
fusion, forming Gogeron from Goku, Vegeta, Alex, Clint, Vernon and Jason. Later
on in Part 34, they use it in an actual fight to fend off Cellexnus, at least
until they are tricked with the Potara and forced into Cellexnus, becoming
Cellgeron. |
 |
First Used
By: Frieza [Series 1, Part 31]
Everyone that can use it: Frieza, Cell
Type: Ki Formed Beam
Element[s]: Typeless, Piercing
Form[s] of Power Used: Ki
A move that is almost invisible, by the weak and slow eye. The attack can
blow up a whole mountain and still not be powered up. It also can easily pierce
through targets like a speeding spear. This move is used much by Frieza, but
Cell also has the ability to use this just as well. |
 |
First Used By:
Frieza [Series 1, Part 32]
Everyone that can use it: Frieza
Type: Magic-based Defensive Buff
Form[s] of Power Used: Magic
Frieza's magic training in Hell before Misfits has brought him great benefits
in addition to the Aisuryuken. One of the most effective powers he holds is the
"Jai'jegha-Haipa-Ermnor", or "Golden Hyper Armor" in the Ice-jin tounge. This
powerful ability appears to coat Frieza in a golden hue over his entire body.
However the power is not really a physical type of armor that increases his
defenses, but more of a special magic that reduces all damages done to him by
3/4s[or 75%]. This allows Frieza to stand against much stronger enemies easily
for a time, and gives him a major advantage against foes that are more close to
his own powerlevel. He also uses it in preparation to his transformation to his
newly acquired fifth form, disallowing the Misfits to stop him before attaining
the transformation, where he became even more fierce than ever, and even made
Super Saiya-jin 2 Mystic Gohan struggle with him for a long while. The only true
downside to this power is that in addition to the initial cost to Frieza's magic
reserve, it will also drain his remaining magic away at a steady pace, until it
runs out, in which the armor will fade away until he can gather enough magic to
do it again. Nina proves this by hit him with Magic-draining spells until he
runs dry on magic energy, causing the armor to fade away, and almost resulting
in her killing him once in the battle. |
 |
First Used By: Mr.
Buu [Series 1, Part 32]
Everyone that can use it: Mr. Buu
Type: Beam
Form[s] of Power Used: Magic
When you just can't wait to get to the candy store. This is one of Buu's
unique attacks that gives him a burst of power. Basically, he converts a target
into some sort of food item (usually candy) and devours them, absorbing their
energy. |
 |
First Used
By: #17 [Series 1, Part 1]
Everyone that can use it: #17, #18
Type: Maneuvering
Form[s] of Power Used: Unknown
Hikou is the ability to fly around without the use of Ki. Only the androids can
do this at this point in time. |
 |
First Used
By: Nina [Series 1, Part 1]
Everyone that can use it: Nina, Dan[with Shrinking Machine]
Type: Size Manipulation
Form[s] of Power Used: MagicThe ability to shrink a target
to a smaller size, reducing their fighting ability, and other various stats, and
also making them easier to contain inside of a small object like a flask or jar.
Nina has the ability to use it naturally, and it is the main reason Radditz had
been taken back with her into her own time in Part 1. Also, Dan can use this
with the help of his Shrinking machine.
|
 |
First Used By:
Dan [Series 1, Part 36]
Everyone that can use it: Dan
Type: Piercing Holy/Dark Elemental Sugemo Attack
Element[s]: Holy, Dark
Form[s] of Power Used: Sugemo
Holly Pegasus is the first Sugemo attack Dan uses on his own, and without
influence from Alexmus's own aura. He summons a large and wide storm of Holy and
Dark elemental energy that expands out wards in width as it goes further ahead.
The damage from this move can be quite devastating even if the enemy is
resistant to these elements.
|
 |
First Used By: Goku [Series 1, Part 1]
Everyone that can use it: Goku, Alex, Jason, Devin, Nina, Clint, Vernon, Gohan
Element[s]: Typeless
Type: Ki Energy Beam
Form[s] of Power Used: KiDevised by Muten-Roshi in the original Dragonball, the Kamehameha is an
extension of one's Ki that is expelled through one's hands. Hand position is
generally in the shape of an open clam. The direction of the blast can be
controlled in mid-air, and combined with other techniques becomes quite
devastating.
In Misfits, various characters learn the Kamehameha by seeing it used, much
like Goku learned it from watching Muten-Roshi. Alex and Vernon are such
examples, and use the attack frequently in battle. Clint, Nina, Devin, Jason and
Gohan also have the ability to use this attack, but don't always use it, or they
will use it combine with another elemental, such as Nina's Sei[Holy] Kamehameha
attack, or Naila's Chou Sei Kamehameha, which came very close to destroying
Cellegeron once.
|
 |
First
Used By: #18 [Series 1, Part 13]
Everyone that can use it: Goku, Vegeta, Vernon, Frieza, Gohan
Element[s]: Typeless, Edged
Type: Ki Formed Cutting Projectile
Form[s] of Power Used: Ki
A flat and circular plane of ki energy, thin as a knife, with the ability to
slice through much that it hits, including sometimes even stronger targets. The
kienzan is considered to be somewhat a trump card in any fighter's arsenal, as
it can be used for their good or for their disadvantage, as Frieza learned in
DBZ itself. Each person has their own unique type of Kienzans. Vernon's can
split into several Kienzan by surprise, helpful against creatures like Cell,
while Frieza's have the ability to seek out his enemies. |
 |
First Used By:
Dusty [Series 1, Part 5]
Everyone that can use it: Dusty, Jason, Alexmus
Element[s]: Typeless
Type: UniqueOne of Dusty unique abilities is the power
to raise his volume is such levels that it's considered inhuman, and before even
becoming a Misfit. Dusty learned eventually to manipulate this ability to his
advantage by using it as a stun move, much like Taikoyen, except against the
foe's HEARING instead of their Sight. This can also overload Saiya-jin and
especially Namkeian hearing, since they have much more enhanced hearing than
humans do. Jason has also used a less powerful form on Dan once, and Alexmus has
stolen the ability from Dusty and used it against Vernon in his first battle
with the Misfits, allowing him to take Vernon's own abilities from him while he
was stunned. |
  |
First
Used By: Piccolo [Series 1, Part 21]
Everyone that can use it: Piccolo, Cell
Element[s]: Typeless, Piercing
Type: Drilling Ki Beam also with Addition Explosive Charge
Form[s] of Power Used: Ki
A highly condensed beam of energy, the Makankosoppo can pierce the strongest
of armor. It is cast by putting ones first two fingers on the forehead. The Makankosoppo
is faster than a bullet, but takes a few minutes to charge to a reasonable strength.
Piccolo uses this once during the battle with Alexmus on Harnga Island, but
Alexmus screams the blast back at him, taking Piccolo's arm off and causing him
to back off for a while. Cell also has the ability, and uses it while in the
form of Furyon during part 36, in an attempt to kill Gohan and the injured Naila
once and for all, but fails. |
|
First
Used By: Clint [Series 1, Part 30]
Everyone that can use it: Clint
Type: Attack Counter Ability
Form[s] of Power Used: Sugemo
In Alex's words, stated to be one of the most 'deceptive' techinques created
by Clint, he learns this relatively early in Misfits, but doesn't understand
it's truer uses until much later. When Clint does this, he crosses his arms into
an 'L' shape, but tilts them to his left about 45 degrees. When done, any energy
based attack moving towards him is halted in advance, regardless of its'
strength, and then Clint can gain control of the attack, by rotating his crossed
arms 90 degrees right, sending the attack back at his enemy with up to as much
as five times the original strength. He also adds a tracking attribute to the
attack, so his foe cannot dodge it so easily. This can turn powerful enemy
attacks into their own demise if utilized right. |
 |
First Used By:
Paula [Series 1, Part 34]
Everyone that can use it: Paula
Type: Raises "Physical Attack" Stat
Form[s] of Power Used: PKOne of Paula's much more
difficult to notice abilities with her PK, Offense Up allows her to temporarily
alterate the strength of herself or a targetted ally, making them do more
physical damage. This is done by raising the Physical Attack of the person, and
not their powerlevel itself, thus enemies cannot easily figure out the change in
the target's attack until they start getting belted on by them. This can be used
on a person up to 8 or so times per period of time to "layer" the effect. It is
believed Paula can make someone's Attack up to around 225% of what it normally
is, but she will not able to make it any higher, unless she trains it more. The
effects wear off after about an hour of time, however, and the person's Attack
will drop back to normal levels. Combined with "Defense Down"[above], this can
turn the tides in a fight significantly. |
 |
First Used By: The
Rock
Everyone that can use it: The Rock, Dusty
Element[s]: Blunt
Type: MeleeOh come now, if you don't know what THIS
move does, you've been living under a rock for the last 5 years. This move is a
speciality finisher move used by the Rock, first developed in his wrestling
matches. It is basically a much more powerful form of an elbow drop. Sometimes
the Rock can put ki into the move to do extra damage. Usually if he has his
elbow pads on, he'll even take them off before using the move. |
 |
First Used
By: Paula [Series 1, Part 33]
Everyone that can use it: Paula
Type: Ice/Wind-Elemental PK Energy Attack
Element[s]: Ice, Wind
Form[s] of Power Used: PKOne of the first PK attacks shown to us in Misfits, Paula
can summon a large blast of artic cold winds that can freeze enemies within
seconds of impact. It also does a hefty amount of damage if the enemy is weak
to ice-elemental attacks.
|
 |
First Used By:
Paula [Series 1, Part 34]
Everyone that can use it: Paula
Type: Fire Elemental PK Energy Attack
Element[s]: Fire
Form[s] of Power Used: PKPaula's psychic ability to use the element of fire to her
own advantage. Paula can spread a wave of continuous fire at enemies, roasting
them alive. She can also manipulate the attack into a more concentrated and
stronger attack, except that it has much less spread and can usually only hit
one enemy. Flammable and Fire-weak enemies are easily devastated by this move.
|
 |
First Used
By: Paula [Series 1, Part 35]
Everyone that can use it: Paula
Type: PK-formed Ki, PK, Magic and Sugemo blocking energy Shield
Element[s]: None
Form[s] of Power Used: PKFirst revealed to us in the battle against Alexmus, Frieza
and Cell, the PK Shield summons a pink field that envelops the body of the
user. Depending on the level of power, it has the ability to deflect various
energy attacks belong to the four types of mystic power in Misfits. However
weaker leveled shields can be easily destroyed by a strong strike of
lightning. Paula is the first user of the ability, and also the first Misfit
to use it, giving her advantages against otherwise nasty attacks. It also has
the ability to sometimes DEFLECT energy attacks back at enemies. However
physical blows, and man-made laser/energy weapons will not be blocked by the
shield, thus Paula must still be on alert against those types of attacks.
|
 |
First Used By:
Shenron [Series 1, Part 16]
Everyone that can use it: Shenron
Type: Unknown
Form[s] of Power Used: MagicDuring a more chaotic
time in Misfits, Shenron had taken to playing practical jokes on his fellow
Misfits. One such trick was to turn Alex into a Rhinoceros, Vernon into a fish,
and Vegeta into a Hamster. He had specific reasons of why he turned them into
the creatures above, but he no doubt has the power to screw with the form of a
near-equal or less level creature, hence the name of the attack. |
|
First Used By: The
Rock
Everyone that can use it: The Rock, Dusty
Element[s]: Blunt
Type: MeleeOh come now, if you don't know what THIS
move does, you've been living under a rock for the last 5 years. This move is a
specialty finisher move used by the Rock, first developed in his wrestling
matches. The move is basically a much more powerful form of both a clothsline and
a powerbomb/body slam. The Rock can use this on an airborne foe for devastating
amounts of damage if he is strong enough. |
 |
First Used By:
Dalexnus[influenced by Dan's part of the fusion] [Series 1, Part 32]
Everyone that can use it: Dalexnus, Dan
Type: Time Alteration
Form[s] of Power Used: Sugemo
Learned from tapping into Dan latent powers while fused with him, Dalexnus is
able to use this move a good deal against the Misfits, and the power it a major
player in Dalexnus's ability to survive, and also used later a few times while
he part of Cellexnus and Furyon. This move allows him to slow down the flow of
time substantially around one enemy, causing them to lag in reaction,
drastically cutting down their speed. In fact, he is able to even slow down
Paula and Naila pretty well by using it on them, enough to causing the tides of
battle to go back and forth many times. However the main weakness is that the
opponent must normally be in the user's line of sight, so if the enemy can
disrupt their concentration, or get out of view, they will get free of the move. |
 |
First
Used By: Devin [Series 1, Part 31]
Everyone that can use it: Goku, Devin
Type: Maneuvering
The ability of a creature to move from one location to another without
the passage of time. This particular technique requires a person to lock on to.
Anyone touching the subject when they are phasing to a new location will be teleported
as well. As of now, only Goku and Devin are capable of using this move, allowing
them to cover a great distance in little time. |
 |
First Used By:
Alexmus
Everyone that can use it: Alexmus
Type: Containment
Form[s] of Power Used: MagicAlexmus's unique power that allows him
to trap targets inside of a bubble of energy that on contact encapsulates the
target, and weakening them to 10% of their normal powerlevels, and also
discharges a gas that puts the victim into a deep sleep. The gas only works upon
contact, and will not work again if the victim wakes up. Alexmus used these
bubbles to capture Paula and Nina in Part 20, when he realized he needed to
capture them for his Lord. Unfortunately, they are not well suited to extremely
quick jumps in powerlevel, as demonstrated when both finally broke out of them
in anger to Alex's defeat in Part 21. |
 |
First Used By:
Stone Cold
Everyone that can use it: Stone Cold, Dusty
Element[s]: Blunt
Type: MeleeOh come now, if you don't know what THIS
move does, you've been living under a rock for the last 5 years. This move is a
specialty finisher move used by Stone Cold, first developed in his wrestling
matches. Stone Cold suddenly kicks the enemy in the stomach hard, stunning them
shortly, while he wraps his arms around his foe's head, and then slams then down
into the ground with massive force. With his stronger power, he can break a much
weaker enemy's neck in a single blow if he executes the move right. |
 |
First Used By:
Alexmus [Series 1, Part 20]
Everyone that can use it: Alexmus, Cell
Element[s]: Piercing
Type: Unique Both Alexmus and Cell possess a tail that
allows them to stab into their adversaries and drain them of their lifeforce, or
even completely sucking the victim into them. Cell's tail was a vital tool to
his survival in the original DBZ, allowing him to absorb humans, and then #17
and #18 to reach his perfect state. Alexmus's tail on the other hand simply steals
away some of his foe's lifeforce, and the knowledge of various abilities of his
victim. Because of this, he was able to absorb Clint's power to emulate SSJ3,
giving him a boost to his power to later overtake Dusty, Vernon, and then even
Goku and Vegeta in similar ways, gain their moves, including SSJ4, Dusty's
screaming powers, and the ability to both mask and sense ki signatures. He also
does this to Devin and Jason also, and is rumored to the the reason he knows the Darkness
Flash, and better knowledge of the Changet Chump later during his rematch with the Misfits alongside Frieza and Cell. He
tries to absorb Alex's powers in that fight, but fails dues to Alex's
determination. |
 |
First Used By:
Vernon [Series 1, Part 15]
Everyone that can use it: Vernon, Goku, Alexmus, Cell
Type: Unique
Form[s] of Power Used: Sugemo Cast by fanning ones hands over the face. Generates a tremendous amount
of light, temporarily blinding any nearby enemies. It's a fairly easy trick, and
many of the Z warriors use it. Goku also learns to combine it with Devin's newly
learned Darkness Flash, causing Cell great mental and spiritual pain, and
causing him to lose most of his power for the time being. |
 |
First Used By:
Goku [Series 1]
Everyone that can use it: EVERYONE :P
Type: Maneuvering/Speed
Dematerializing and quickly moving to another spot close by. Leaves a
silhouette of the person for a short period of time in their original location,
causing the "blur" effect. Most major characters in Misfits have this ability.
This is also known as the original Afterimage Jackie Chun first introduced in
the original Dragonball series. Most DBZers commonly call this "teleporting",
but in truth, it's not teleportation at all, it just looks that way to the naked
eye. |
|
