~           Approximate level but not exact, or a guessed estimate
()              Character is using a multiplier attack (Kaioken, etc)
(#%)     Character's level is #% higher than their original
<           Character's actual powerlevel is usually at the stated number, but might be fading due to fatigue, etc
>           Character's actual powerlevel is roughly around the number stated, but more than likely higher by a small amount
¬           Character is a fusion made through a Fusion Dance
¥           Character is a fusion made though the Potara Earrings

Format
(Name of Character): (battlepowerlevel); (psychicpowerlevel); (magicpowerlevel); (sugemopowerlevel);

battlepowerlevel = Powerlevel that only affects a characters fighting ability and power. Normal psychicpowerlevel, magicpowerlevel, and sugemopowerlevel cannot defend from fighting/ki attacks, but instead THIS value affects fighting/ki powers and their end results

psychicpowerlevel = Powerlevel that only affects a character's psychic abilities, power and defense. Normal battlepowerlevel, magicpowerlevel, and sugemopowerlevel cannot defend from psychic attacks, but instead THIS value affects psychic powers and their end results

magicpowerlevel = Powerlevel that only affects a character's magical abilities, power and defense. Normal battlepowerlevel, psychicpowerlevel, and sugemopowerlevel cannot defend from magic attacks, but instead THIS value affects magic powers and their end results

sugemopowerlevel = Powerlevel that only affects a character's sugemo abilities, power and defense. Normal battlepowerlevel, psychicpowerlevel, and magicpowerlevel cannot defend from sugemo attacks, but instead THIS value affects sugemo powers and their end results
